Test Possible Solutions
Org Login
  • Make sure that your credentials are valid on the org.
  • Remember the format is username@org.
Existence of VDC Escalate to your technical contact to create the Org's VDC.

Existence of Writable Catalog Login to the org and create a writable catalog.
Existence of vAppTemplate Login to the org and upload any Operating System vAppTemplate to a catalog, or ask your administrator to upload one to a public organization catalog.
Deployment of vAppTemplate Make sure the vAppTemplate only has a single VM and that VM only has a single network connection.
Verification of vApp Outbound Route
  • Check that the vApp is reachable via SSH and has an outbound route.
  • Make sure the OrgNetwork being bridged to has a public IP range.
  • Make sure that Guest Customization is enabled for the vM.
Note: If all the above conditions are satisfied and still test fails, then fill the optional vApp user name and vApp password fields in the vCD form. The system will take values from these fields if it is not able to read from the template.
